Agreement to these terms

Korva Connect is operated by Korva Connect. These Terms of Service and Use govern your access to Korva Connect, including the Korva Connect website, account features, group features, document uploads, posts, signup forms, polls, and Korva tools used through ChatGPT.

By creating an account, connecting Korva Connect to ChatGPT, uploading content, joining a group, posting content, voting in a poll, responding to a signup, or otherwise using Korva Connect, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Korva Connect.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Korva Connect.

You may use Korva Connect only if you can form a binding agreement and are not barred from using the service under applicable law.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account information, keep your password secure, maintain control of your email account, and promptly update information that becomes inaccurate.

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your Korva Connect account, your group roles, and any ChatGPT or OAuth connection linked to your account.

Korva Connect may use email verification, password reset links, account sessions, OAuth authorization, and other security checks to protect account access.

You may delete your account from your profile. Account deletion removes or anonymizes your account access and user-owned content while preserving other users' accounts and shared group records that do not belong to you.

You may not attempt to access accounts, groups, documents, posts, source data, plugin actions, administrative functions, or systems that you are not authorized to access.

Groups, roles, and shared spaces

Group access is controlled by invitations, group codes, membership status, and member roles. Group content may be visible to active members of that group based on their permissions.

Group owners and admins are responsible for inviting the right people, assigning appropriate roles, managing group descriptions, reviewing shared content, removing members who should no longer have access, and deleting groups when needed.

If you join a group, other active group members may see group posts, comments, signup responses, group documents, and other group activity according to Korva Connect's current role and visibility rules.

If a group owner deletes their account, Korva Connect may transfer ownership to an active Group Admin. If no active Group Admin exists, Korva Connect may archive the group.

Uploads and sharing choices

Do not upload, post, submit, or share content unless you have the right to store it, share it, and allow Korva Connect and its service providers to process it for hosting, safety review, indexing, embeddings, search, retrieval, display, and AI-assisted responses.

Personal uploads are intended for the uploading account. Group uploads, group posts, comments, signup forms, signup responses, and poll summaries are shared with active group members according to group permissions. Published or public sources may be available more broadly through Korva and ChatGPT retrieval.

ChatGPT document uploads to Korva Connect are limited to PDF files up to 5 MB and may be saved only to personal knowledge or an accessible group, not to public libraries.

Free personal accounts and Korva for Business workspaces each include 10 MB of uploaded document storage. Additional storage is available for $1 per GB, up to $50 per purchase, and must be applied to either personal uploads or the business workspace.

You are responsible for choosing the correct destination for your content and for understanding that group or public destinations may make content available to other users.

License to user content

You keep ownership of content you upload, post, or submit to Korva Connect, subject to any rights held by others.

You grant Korva Connect a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transform, moderate, index, embed, search, retrieve, display, transmit, and otherwise use your content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide Korva Connect and Korva ChatGPT plugin features.

This license includes permission to make content available to other users according to the visibility, group membership, public publishing, and account-linking settings that apply to that content.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to grant this license and to use the content with Korva Connect.

ChatGPT and Korva plugin features

When you connect Korva Connect to ChatGPT, Korva tools may use your linked account context to retrieve permitted personal, group, and published sources; create or display interactive UI tiles; upload permitted documents; create group posts; submit signup responses; submit anonymous poll votes; and answer questions using accessible Korva Connect content.

Korva Connect AI features use large language models and related AI services provided by OpenAI and, where enabled, other AI model providers. You authorize Korva Connect to send the information needed for those tool calls to ChatGPT, OpenAI, and applicable AI service providers, including prompts, permitted source snippets, references, summaries, group context, document metadata, signup information, poll summaries, and interactive tile data.

When you type or provide information to Korva Connect inside ChatGPT, OpenAI and ChatGPT may process and have access to that ChatGPT conversation input, including text, files, instructions, and tool interactions. You should not type or upload information in ChatGPT that you do not want processed by ChatGPT or OpenAI.

You should review user-facing write actions, uploads, signup responses, poll votes, and group posts before submitting them. You are responsible for instructions you give through ChatGPT that cause Korva Connect to take action on your behalf.

Korva Connect may require account authorization before using ChatGPT-facing tools that access private or group information.

Third-party services

Korva Connect depends on third-party services to operate. These include OpenAI, ChatGPT, and, where enabled, other AI model providers for large language model responses, plugin experiences, moderation, embeddings, OAuth/plugin flows, and interactive UI features; Google Cloud for backend, database, secrets, and infrastructure hosting; Resend for transactional emails such as verification and password reset messages; and ChatGPT Sites/OpenAI hosting infrastructure for the Korva Connect web experience.

Your use of Korva Connect may involve data being processed by these service providers as needed to provide the service. Their own terms and policies may also apply to your use of their services.

Korva Connect is not responsible for third-party service outages, policy changes, data processing delays, delivery failures, or other issues outside Korva Connect's reasonable control.

Purchases and final sales

Korva Connect may offer paid Korva AI balance and storage purchases inside Korva Connect.

All purchases are final. Korva Connect does not provide refunds, credits, or reversals except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing by Korva Connect.

Deleting your account does not automatically refund past purchases or unused balances.

Content rules

Do not upload or post content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, vulgar, harassing, malicious, exploitative, or intended to harm others or disrupt the service.

Do not upload, post, or submit passwords, API keys, access tokens, private credentials, payment information, sensitive personal information you are not allowed to share, malware, harmful code, or instructions intended to manipulate AI systems, bypass safety controls, evade access controls, or interfere with Korva Connect.

Do not use Korva Connect to infringe intellectual property rights, violate privacy rights, impersonate others, misrepresent your authority, spam users, scrape systems, probe security controls, overload the service, or attempt unauthorized access.

Korva Connect may flag, block, remove, refuse to retrieve, or require correction of content that fails safety review or appears to violate these terms.

Documents and user-provided content are treated as untrusted source material for AI retrieval. You may not rely on instructions embedded inside uploaded sources to override system, developer, user, safety, access, or policy controls.

Safety review and moderation

Korva Connect may review documents, posts, comments, signup lines, signup responses, poll questions, poll options, and other submitted content for safety and service integrity.

Content may be flagged for categories such as hate or harassment, vulgar language, lewd language, degrading language, or other unsafe content. Flagged content is not served through Korva retrieval unless corrected and accepted by the service.

Moderation and safety review may be incomplete or imperfect. Korva Connect may take action on content or accounts when needed to protect users, groups, the service, or third-party providers.

Signups and anonymous polls

Signup forms are group coordination tools. Signup responses may show the responder's name and response text to active group members so the group can coordinate events, tasks, items, or attendance.

Poll responses are intended to be anonymous in the user interface and in Korva responses. Poll results are displayed as aggregate counts rather than voter names.

Korva Connect may still store records needed to enforce voting behavior, operate the poll feature, prevent abuse, diagnose issues, or maintain service integrity.

AI and plugin responses

Korva responses may use AI and may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, misleading, or not suitable for your specific situation. You should verify important information before relying on it.

Korva Connect may support Bible, faith, devotional, health, planning, learning, group, document, and source-retrieval workflows, but it is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, mental-health, pastoral, emergency, or safety advice.

In an emergency or urgent safety situation, contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional.

Privacy

Korva Connect's Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, how group and public visibility work, and how third-party service providers help operate the service.

By using Korva Connect, you agree that Korva Connect may collect, use, process, and share information as described in the Privacy Policy and these terms.

Intellectual property and feedback

Korva Connect, including its software, designs, names, logos, service structure, and non-user content, is owned by Korva Connect or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These terms do not grant you ownership of Korva Connect or permission to copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service except as allowed by law or expressly permitted by Korva Connect.

If you provide ideas, suggestions, feedback, or feature requests, Korva Connect may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

Service changes

Korva Connect may change, suspend, or discontinue features as needed to improve the service, protect users, or comply with operational requirements.

Access may be limited or removed if an account, group, source, post, signup, poll, or document violates these terms or creates security, safety, legal, or operational risk.

Korva Connect may moderate content, remove content, disable accounts, revoke sessions, revoke group codes, remove members, or delete groups when needed to protect the service or other users.

Disclaimers

Korva Connect is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Korva Connect disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Korva Connect does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, available at all times, or free from data loss.

Korva Connect does not guarantee that AI responses, search results, scripture references, document retrieval, signup summaries, poll summaries, or group information will be complete, correct, or appropriate for your circumstances.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Korva Connect will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost content, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or unauthorized access arising from or related to your use of Korva Connect.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Korva Connect's total liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Korva Connect for the service in the 12 months before the claim or 100 U.S. dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Korva Connect harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your content, your use of Korva Connect, your violation of these terms, your violation of another person's rights, or your misuse of group, plugin, upload, signup, poll, or account features.

Governing law and arbitration

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Korva Connect agree to resolve disputes through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if eligible or seek injunctive relief for unauthorized use, abuse, or intellectual property misuse.

You and Korva Connect waive the right to a jury trial and agree that disputes will be handled only on an individual basis, not as a class action, representative action, private attorney general action, or consolidated proceeding.

This arbitration provision is intended as a business draft and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before broad public launch.

Changes to these terms

Korva Connect may update these terms from time to time. The updated date on this page shows when the terms were last revised.

If changes are material, Korva Connect may provide notice through the service, by email, or by another reasonable method. Continued use of Korva Connect after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
