Getting help

Korva Connect helps you manage personal sources, group sources, posts, signup forms, anonymous polls, and documents that can be retrieved through Korva in ChatGPT.

For help, email support@korvaconnect.com with the page you were using, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and the email address on your Korva Connect account.

Account access

Anyone can create a Korva Connect account. Group access is separate and is controlled by invitations, group codes, and member roles.

Use the password reset link on the sign-in screen if you cannot access your account. If your email verification link expires, sign in and request a new verification email from the account notice.

To use private or group sources through ChatGPT, connect your Korva Connect account from the Korva plugin authorization flow. You may revoke connected sessions from Korva Connect.

You can delete your Korva Connect account from your profile. Account deletion removes your personal uploads, posts, comments, signup responses, poll votes, active sessions, and ChatGPT account-linking tokens. If you own a group, Korva Connect transfers the group to an active Group Admin when one exists; if no Group Admin exists, the group is archived.

Sources and visibility

Personal sources are available only to the signed-in account that uploaded them. Group sources are available only to active members of that group. Published sources may be available more broadly through Korva according to their publication settings.

Korva Connect supports website document uploads and ChatGPT document uploads. Individual document uploads are limited to 5 MB. Uploaded documents must be PDF files and can be saved to personal knowledge or an accessible group, not to public libraries.

Free personal accounts and Korva for Business workspaces each include 10 MB of uploaded document storage. Additional storage is available for $1 per GB, up to $50 per purchase, and must be applied to either personal uploads or the business workspace.

Uploaded files may be opened from Korva Connect when the signed-in user has permission to view them.

Groups, posts, signups, and polls

Group admins can invite members, create group codes, manage roles, remove members, edit group descriptions, and delete groups when needed.

Group posts can be messages, signup forms, or polls. Signup responses are shown under the signup line where they were submitted. Poll results are shown as anonymous aggregate counts rather than voter names.

Korva in ChatGPT can search accessible posts, comments, signup responses, poll summaries, group documents, personal documents, and published sources when your Korva Connect account is linked.

Safety review and corrections

Documents, posts, comments, signup lines, signup responses, poll questions, and poll options may be reviewed for safety before they are made available for retrieval.

Content flagged by safety review is not served through Korva retrieval. Correct the content and upload or post it again if you believe it should be available.

Do not include passwords, API keys, private credentials, malware, or instructions that try to control Korva or ChatGPT inside uploaded sources.
